Active guilds that does Ultras regularly?

Hey! I am searching for guild(s) that is active and does Ultras regularly. Especially for Ultra Speaker, since I haven't done that one before and public rooms aren't really helpful and patient enough to use 3 minutes to explain the tactic

Thanks!
