Car dies in first on start

context : learning manual in the e46 and its been doing this for awhile, at first i figured it was just normal stalling and skill issue. after a month of practice and getting better issue still persists.

so when i first start the car, even if its a bit warm it ALWAYS dies as soon as i touch the gas with the clutch still fully in. so its not stalling, it just instantly dies as soon as you tap the gas. usually i just turn the engine over again and its fine. but its strange and im not sure how to even look up whats wrong. last night i tried slamming the throttle to see if maybe the injectors were just clogged (idk?) and it didnt die immediately and responded like normal but then as soon as i let off the gas it died like it does. the strangest thing about this is it always goes away after i turn the car back on. it only does it once and then goes away until i leave the car off for a while.
