6-week data loss

Sent a rather emotionally panicked email to tech support, but today I found all my labs, cards, modules... All reverted to 28 of Feb. Lost soooo much, including purchases. What's weird is the game inbox has 10 message from Touenament achievements, that I can claim as if for the first time.

My Guild... I created it, but suddenly I am not a member, and even it says that I haven't unlocked Giilds yet. Can anyone search guilds... does BELGIUM NEDER LUX stil exist, and does it have Vexen C (me) as its founder?
