Has anyone worked at a delivery AND a fresh warehouse?

I wanna know if working at fresh is lighter work on the body. What’s heaviest thing at fresh? I’m trying to transfer to fresh and wanna know what to expect. I know any warehouse work is going to be hard on the body just wanna know if it’s easier.
