Looking for someone to help me with EU made products

I run this codeberg and github

https://codeberg.org/Made-in-EU/Made-in-EU

github being the backup now
https://github.com/made-in-eu/Made-in-EU

I'm trying to fill it up with EU made products, but I honestly don't even know where to begin, it's not my area of expertise, so if anyone would be down to help me out I'd be eternally grateful.
