Looking for something that folds or breaks down to fit in a tour bus luggage compartment.

I want to store a vehicle in the luggage compartment of a tour bus. The bus will be used for cross country trips, and the small vehicle will be used for running errands 5-20 miles from wherever the bus is parked, in cities or at campgrounds.

The luggage compartment 48" wide, 35" tall, and 90" deep. I'm probably looking for something where the upper part of the vehicle (windshield, top, etc) folds down or comes off, like a jeep or convertible.

I'm hoping to find something leaning in the UTV/dunebuggy direction, that can do 50-60MPH when needed, but I know that aiming for a golf cart as my starting point means a top speed closer to 20-30MPH is likely. 20 mile range is absolute minimum, and I'd prefer more like 50-100. Electric would be nice, but I'll do gas or propane if necessary.

2 seats minimum, 4 would be nice.

What would work here? I'm ok with doing customization. I'll even build the whole thing from scratch if I have to. But it would be nice if there was something off the shelf that would almost or totally work.
