2024 Return W/ ITIN application.

I paper filed my return in February. With my spouse 's ITIN application form w-7. It was delivered to correct address. But haven't heard anything from IRS. Can't even check the status online through where is my refund. How long should I wait before calling them? Any specific number to check the status on return being processed or not?
