Mighty pass-through charging

I usually use my OG Mighty at home, so I keep it plugged in to use pass-through charging and avoid draining the batteries. That means the batteries stay at 100% most of the time.

I assumed that was good for battery health — but is it actually? Or am I slowly killing them?
