Scroll Pro - Power adapter plug doesn't fit. Did I get sent the wrong one?

I received my Scroll Pro but I can't seem to get the power adapter to plug into the unit. The pin on the Scroll's power connector looks slightly bent but I'm able to push it straight using a pencil, but the barrel jack on the power adapter side appears to be too big to fit. Does anyone have measurements for the size of their connector? The one I received is about 5.5mm. Contacted Glance via their contact form but haven't heard back.
