How can I play the exploration parts in the agent story "Echoes of Silver"?

I want to play the Anby Soldier 0 agent story, but I can't get the parts where she talks to the Nicole or Nekomata or talking to everyone in the end of the mission.

Generally speaking, whenever we get to control Anby in sixth street. That's missing?

How can I play those parts?

I can play the combat are cutscenes, just not the city exploration parts that has some dialogue, now it's unplayable again.
