Am I crazy to buy a new driver?

For background I currently have a Rocketballz Stage 2 driver with a 50 gram regular shaft. My ball speed with that was around the 155mph mark. I booked in for a driver fitting with my local fitter as I wanted to see how the technology has come on in the 12 years or so since I got my last driver.

It’s fair to say I was amazed with the difference. I hit the latest drivers from Callaway, Titleist, Ping and two drivers from Taylormade in a variety of x stiff/ stiff shafts. I landed on the Taylormade QI35 LS as my best fit giving me a ball speed of 165mph and a much better dispersion and consistency across various qualities of strike. The fitter changed the lie angle and also the weights in the head to optimise the performance and seemed a very comprehensive fitting overall.

Am I crazy to drop $600 on this do ye think or is it a worthwhile investment? Leaning towards buying it.
