Alice split soul lost forever?

Hey new player and I'm at part two of the new player thing for Alice.

and been busy so haven't been gathering flags my plan was to just be busy the last week doing it but now I find out I can only get 75 a day and I don't have enough days to get all of shadow split soul.

my question is will I ever be able to max her out and what is split soul exactly?
