Is Goulet Pens Reputable?

Is Goulet Pens a reputable company?

I could have swore I saw a few people recommending them so I finally splurged and spent a couple hundred on their site on Friday, then paid a bit extra beyond the free shipping to get the pens and archival inks delivered a tiny bit faster. I was expecting delivery to go out on Monday but the USPS says that while the vendor has printed the label, the vendor never delivered the package to the USPS.

Their website seems to indicate 20 odd people work there but they don’t open till 1pm. So I sent a message to them using their website this morning about the USPS not getting my package. I haven’t received any response (though their system is sending me automated ads). I checked back this afternoon, hoping to chat… but their customer service closes at 4 (wtf do they only work 3 hours?). Then checked the Goulet subreddit and noticed a bunch of people complaining about Goulet deleting posts from customers?

I already expected the delivery to take 10 days because the USPS keeps fubaring both ends of package deliveries at distribution centers where every package gets stuck for 5 day. I wasn’t expecting it to take over half a month and human contact to be challenging with a small business (where service is usually better in my experience), now I’m worried I should have gone with another company.

Can someone please reassure me that this company is reputable and I will eventually get my package even if slower than expected.
