I can’t stop thinking about her

It hurts so much, the second I sit down alone, she’s all I think about. We even still work at the same company and sometimes I check if she’s online on teams because I just miss her so much! She hurt me so bad (she literally got married, while we were kind of together)… I hate it so much I’m just so sad and devastated :( <sorry just needed to vent>
