What’s the best minimal loot filter to prevent unwanted loot from being visible on screen? (Gold, potions, etc)

Don’t want to change what kind of loot drops or anything like that, only so that what I’m actually looking for (uniques, bases, runes) shows up on screen when I click Alt and I don’t miss a valuable rune or something.
