problem with piercing

last year around july i got my second lobes done, and they healed in the normal amount of time using the saltwater spray that the place i got my piercing done at gave me. however i have these little lumps inside of my ear, they don't hurt at all to touch them and they're definitely not infected, but it's just really annoying and affects to look of my jewellery when they're in because my lobes look more puffy around the piercing. whats even more annoying is my first lobes that i got done around 10 years ago also do the same thing. is there any way to get rid of these? did my piercings not actually heal like i thought they did? i use silver jewellery and use both barbell (with butterfly or the little cylinder backings), and hoop earrings, my first lobes were done with a piercing gun and the second ones were done with a piercing needle if that provides any helpful context. any advice on how to get rid of them/ the cause would be great as they are really annoying, i also plan to get more ear piercings done soon too so i want to know how i can avoid them for next time!
