I'm trying to stop but I can't!! Seriously I feel really guilty and disgusting for doing this. Earlier I was very relaxed watching random videos on Tik Tok until a video appeared of a half-naked woman dancing. This already served as a trigger for me to watch pornography and masturbate again, right when I was doing that I stopped and started to feel like the worst person in the world because I realized the shit I was doing!! Man, how I hate myself for this, I've been saying I'm going to stop for months and I can't :/
