CBR help

Has anybody dealt with code 35 flashing on their CBR 1000rr ? I've got an SC project full system on my 2012 with the servo motor removed obviously and I got a brand new servo buddy for it and that didn't seem to fix it. Every now and then the engine light will come on when I'm riding and it gets a little boggy and really crackly but turns off if i turn the bike on and off and when bike is running and stopped it flashes 3 slow then 5 fast. Is there anything else I can try or do to remediate this? I'm thinking of trying a different brand of servo buddy but thr one I got is literally less than 3 weeks old and when it's un plugged the light comes on immediately after starting the bike and plugged in it doesn't come until like after 20-30 minutes of riding. Appreciate any help, just trying to figure this out myself and help my shop out if I end up taking it in
