My account's just gone?

My account's linked with facebook. After today's update when I login my account's just gone. They said after the merge if you don't use yostar your account become a guest account, but it didn't even let me do that. It kicked me out and asked me to login again and when I login it ask me to create a new account and all my progress are gone.

I might have a screenshot of my UID but can't find it right now. Customer support's not helping unless I have that
