Growth spurt?

My little one is almost 1 month old. Today he has been extremely restless and bursting out into a “screaming” cry randomly.

Whilst crying he has been giving us his “hungry” sign. Even after he has just had his bottle.

He winds fine, plenty of big burps so I don’t think it’s trapped wind. I’m not sure. It’s a cry I’ve never heard him do.

I have just fed him an extra bottle, after only having some an hour ago. It’s settled him a bit more but not massively.

Stuck and just want to help him out. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
