Heavy metals

What herbs bind to heavy metals? I have hashimotos and suspect heavy metals. My naturopathic doctor also suspects I have high levels of cadmium and mercury.

I had a silver filling in my tooth as a kid and I believe that along with our horrible drinking water is causing disruptions in my body. I also believe I have adhd or some sign of being on the spectrum which is why I want to get rid of these metals to finally live a normal life.
