Anyone else have issues with perception of what you look like to yourself?
So, I read through a lot of posts and stuff about compounding and decided to start my journey in November 2024 (mid/late) not sure.
My start weight was 310 lb. I’m a 5’11” male. I always worked out, even at the 310 lb. But with kids, work, school etc. my diet was horrible.
Tirzepatide curbed the hunger and food noise! And now along with working out 3-4x a week, high protein, low calorie diet my weight is now 241 lb. I’ve done wonders in a short period of time and I’m deff proud of myself.
BUT when I look at myself in the mirror I literally don’t see a difference. Everyone else sees it. I’m getting compliments left and right. My brother said today “you’re not fat anymore.”
For some reason I see no difference. Not sure how to get past this. Anyone else going through this?
