Sponsoring my parents

I am a USA citizen who is currently applying for my parents I-130 forms online. I am doing everything by myself and feel confident about the application process. I have a few questions regarding what happens when my parents come to USA in regards to social security and health insurance. My father is 67 and he is retired. My mother is 63 and has not retired yet. I want them both to be able to work here in USA as they are thankfully healthy and able to work. My question is whether they would be getting any sort of pension specially my dad since he is of age. Also not sure how health insurance would work for them. If someone can please give me more information I would be grateful.
