Which gpu can run monster hunter wilds at 1080p 165fps?

My current build is i5-12600kf and rtx 3060ti. Currently im thinking of only upgrading the gpu in 600$ price range (doesnt matter if its used). If 165fps is not plausible then at least 60fps on high settings prefferably native resolution (or at least quality of dlss/fsr) and no frame generation. I was thinking rx 9070 but they arent in my country yet.
