Should I change my daughter's middle name?
So for context I grew up with a dad who barely payed attention to me unless I liked the things he liked. When I was 10 he showed me and my siblings this VHS tapes of Bruce Lee, and then some from the movie "The Crow" . If you have ever seen any of the movies you'll know that the actor in "The Crow" is Bruce Lee son. So my dad telling me that at the time gave me an idea of naming my daughter's middle name "LEE" in honor of their death, since we love them so much.
Years have past and I had a falling out with my dad, basically cutting him out of my life.
My daughter asks me the other day why gave her the middle name and explained the WHOLE STORY. She doesn't mind it, but I dont think she likes the name. I just dont know if I should keep it or change it?
Im kind of at a loss, bc the whole point of it was to have that bonding moment with my dad.
But since he's out of the picture, I don't know if I should go through the hassle of changing it.
