A rant, also your thoughts are welcome

I came out to one of my best friends last year, and ever since then, she’s been acting weird toward me. One time, she gave me a bottle of lubricant as a gift. I still have no idea what that was supposed to mean. I tried to laugh it off at the time, but between that and the offhand comments she makes about men—like sleeping with old men or making assumptions about my sex life—it’s starting to really get to me.

I feel judged by her, and it’s hurtful, especially because I always believed she was someone open-minded and supportive. I keep comparing her reaction to another one of my best friends—someone who’s actually very religious. Ironically, I expected judgment from her( my religious friend)but she’s been nothing but cool and respectful about my coming out.

I’m not even sure what I expected when I came out but sex jokes about men and lubricant seems not right.
