Spotting with a little blood

Hello, my periods are becoming more and more out of order. My last period was between January 20-23. I'm more than a month late, this is the first time. Wednesday April 3 I had a little discharge, a little pink, I thought I was going to have my period but no still nothing. Last night after sports, I had some discharge but this time it was brown, but still nothing and this evening after sports I had this bleeding. Knowing that I have been having pain in my lower stomach for 2 weeks. Other than that nothing special. 3 negative tests so far, but the tests were done before the pink discharge and bleeding. We've been on a baby trial for quite a while, I'm starting to get desperate. Thank you ☺️
