Looking to unlock an LG dlite (Canada)

I got an old carrier locked phone off a guy on marketplace and wanted to use my phone plan sim card on it instead of the locked carrier (Wind mobile, currently called Freedom)

Upon turning on the phone with my sim card it asks for a SIM unlock code. There are only a limited number of tries.

Any pointers as to what I should do?
