Help with auto verification

My google business account recently lost the ability to auto verify listings. Interestingly, I was also able to auto verify listings from my personal email but that is also disabled now. Is auto verification no longer an option? How can I get this feature back?

The support email is also unmonitored now so I can’t get a response from a support rep. Does anyone know how to contact an actual support person? It did say at the end of the email that I can book an appointment with a small business advisor, however, they can’t help with support issues or verification.
