HS Junior With No ECs, What Do I Do?

It's not that I am lazy or anything. I am a responsible person and am capable of being independent person, but there are also a lot of things going on in my life that are preventing me from doing things I want, like finding a job. Also some of it is out of my control, as my parents haven't taken me to Driver's Ed after asking multiple times (Yup, almost 17 and still cannot drive.) I don't even wanna get into a big school or anything, just Michigan State. But I feel no ECs will hurt my chances with the thousands and thousands of kids applying. I have a 3.7 W GPA, which is also pretty mediocre. Anyways, I just need advice.
