Freshman Studying!

Hi, I’m currently a freshman starting my spring quarter. I know studying for the MCAT as a freshman is looked down on and I get I should focus on getting through ochem and future classes however I want to do some studying. At least light studying. I just want to be a bit prepared and not have to cram. Does anyone have tips on how I would begin to study. Anki? Kaplan?
