Cod/warzone Closing on the game loading screen

When I try to enter a game in the cod it simply closes when it enters the loading screen without any error message, this rarely no happens, but most of the time it does happen, in the menu and lobby the game works normally. I've already reinstalled the game, updated the drivers, tried all kinds of video settings on YouTube but nothing works. SOMEONE HELP ME!!!
