Funding?

I got accepted into a PhD program in psychology, they will waive my tuition and provide an 30,000 a year stipend, which I’m grateful for! But I’m concerned about how I am going to make it work financially. I am moving states to start on fall which is going to be expensive, and I am still going to be responsible for paying for school fees. Does anyone has any suggestions, or fellowships/scholarships that apply for students that don’t have projects or papers yet?
