Finding a good dr for deeper chemical peels

Does anyone have suggestions on how to identify a doctor that is great ar performing medium-deep chemical peels?

I don't mean mild-moderate peels like glycolic or tca-- more so a hetter peels or some other croton oil or phenol type of peel.

I'm aware of Rullan (CA) and Dr.Kass (FL) but I'd prefer someone more local in order to make the recovery process easier and incase I need to follow up in the event of any issues.
