How do I flirt/ make the first move?

That sounds pretty stupid but im 18 and not have had my first kiss yet. Im pretty good looking (defintely above average). Not shy not awkward. But it just wasnt the time yet. I went on a few dates before with different girls but it just didnt spark. So my question are how do i even flirt the right way. And cause of past situations I really dont have the confidence to know when and what to do body contact wise, or whens the right time
