Missions Bugged?

So I'm trying to do the career challenges of no snacks no armor hard difficulty. But every mission I start with armor on and 1 super heavy armor in my inventory. Pre start inventory is empty, everything is set to not have it equiped, but every mission I start with full armor. Already been contacting rockstar support, but they keep suggesting the same things I already tried.
