Best GPU to buy?

I recently upgraded my whole motherboard from a B660 series gigabyte to a Asus X870 I’m switching from intel to AMD, I recently bought a Ryzen 9900X and I currently have a 2060 Zotac as my graphics card, I’d assume that this would cause bottlenecking, what is the best GPU that I can get to not bottle neck for under 1K
