Demeter Salt Air…black licorice?

I received a sample of Deméter Salt Air today and I thought the sample company mixed up things because when I sprayed it it was legit black licorice. GROSS It dissipated quickly and settled into something that I imagined “salt air” to smell like, but what the f. Anyone else had this experience? It was so weird.
