Has anyone seen good results from fat transfer to chin

Considering it to add forward projection to chin but from researching online it doesn’t seem to be much cheaper than an implant. Wondering if anyone has had/seen good results from fat transfers in general or if it would be more worth my money to go for an implant and not worry about needing to go back for more. Thanks
