[Hiring] drawing of me and my boyfriend for aniversary

Hi, I have never comissioned anyone before but I wanted to give a nice gift for our 4 year aniversary that is coming up in a month. My budget is around 50€ if that seems reasonable?

It would need to be finished in 2-3 weeks. Paypal would be my preferred method of payment since I am from the Netherlands.
