Rcc detected

Hello everyone. 49 M mostly healthy. had ct yesterday and my results show a [heterogeneous avidly enhancing mass on right lower pole of 5.5×7.0cm] . Idk anything else at this time. Assuming no metastat, in your humble opinions is my kidney toast or do you believe maybe a partial nephrectomy?? Thanks
