What's the deal with Beacon Hill?

Some company I've never heard of started calling me on the phone to recruit me 2-3x a day about a week ago. They won't stop calling me even when I ask them to, despite that I'm on the federal do not call list.

I've never voluntarily given them my information, and two of them have randomly blurted out that they scraped me off of LinkedIn, which is against LinkedIn's TOS.

The jobs never make sense for me. They're in the wrong programming language, they're for junior developers, they're across the country.

I tried calling them to get them to leave me alone, but it seems like there's no way to get a human on their 1-800 number, and their local office just doesn't pick up the phone.

Is this even a legitimate company?
