Swollen Tonsils After Kissing?! (Not mono or strep!)

I have been single for about 8 months and I never thought this could be a thing but after kissing people, i get swollen tonsils.

Kissing history is minor but i had kissed maybe 5-6 people before entering a monogamous relationship for 10 years…never experienced this. since we have broken up, i have kissed 5 new people, 3 which i have experienced getting infected looking tonsils…

I have been tested for mono (quick test AND full blood panel), strep, and a complete bacterial/fungal panel which all come back as negative…even did std/sti testing! something tells me i may be sensitive to others ‘harmless’ bacteria in their mouths….is that a thing? Am i the only one?! I just kissed someone new and two days later, swollen tonsil….i just cannot deal 😭
