Hi all, I’m graduating and would like to pass down my apartment! I’ve been living there for several years, and it was great. The landlord is responsive and never had big issues with the apartment.

It’s a 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment, 3 minutes walk south of intersection of 53rd and Woodlawn. Landlord quoted me $2,355 per month but he’s willing to give some discount for students. Water and heat included.

We can also pass down furnitures if you want it.
