Starting private J2 after interim BI, while full BI is still pending.

So, I submitted my e-QIP for a Public Trust (DHS contractor) in Month 1 and then started a private job (J2) in Month 4. However, I didn't update my e-QIP to include this new job.

All my references were then called and interviewed (including former work supervisors) in Months 5 & 6.

Following that, I then received an interim / limited BI in Month 6 and started the federal contractor job in Month 7.

It is now Month 10 and my full BI is still pending. I was wondering if this is a potential problem that I should worry about. Will the full BI uncover J2, which I didn't report?
