I don't feel anxious for the first time in my life and I'm so scared like something is wrong
I don't want to make anyone feel bad who is currently experiencing anxiety
My doctor upped my buspar dose to 30 mg and it finally kicked in after a month of taking it. I've had chronic non stop anxiety for 15 years. I would barely leave the house.
I feel completely calm, my mind is clear, the tension in my physical body has gone away. I'm not worrying or catastrophizing. I also don't have social anxiety anymore and I can talk to people normally.
I feel like I can leave the house and not be anxious. I am not restless anymore and can sit down in my chair. Before I'd be pacing around my room
I am so scared I've never felt this way in my life so I think something must be wrong. It feels like i just took the training wheels off in life. I don't know how to explain it. I feel wonky because I've never NOT felt anxious. Is this how people normally feel? Their minds are clear? They don't worry all the time? I've never felt this before!
