Is it possible to re-take a class after taking it 3 times?

I've taken hist 1113 three times so far, and because I'm just completely horrible at being a student, I've gotten shitty marks.

I'm uncertain if I'll have the capacity to complete this class during this semester, and I'm wondering if re-taking classes twice is the absolute cutoff.
