L5 “offer ready” UX Writer

Hi all - I’m an offer ready candidate for a UX Writer role, meaning I have passed the entire interview process and am waiting to be matched and approved by a hiring manager (hm).

I’ve asked my recruiter to share my profile for two roles now that I qualify for, but for some reason the HM said no.

Is there something that I can do to strengthen my candidacy further? Was it a wrong assumption of mine that going from offer ready to employee would be relatively easy?

Any clarity would be appreciated!
