1989 Grand Marquis shaking

i'm a beginner driver that's sorta on my own so be easy on me plz..

my check engine light is on and has been for a few days, my car, every 5-10 minutes, especially when i start it up, shakes up and down slightly. idk if this is normal or not but this is the first time this has happened.
