Looking for fun, not-too-intense word games to play with friends

Some of my friends aren’t super into crosswords but still like word games that are more casual and less intimidating. I’ve been trying to find games we can play together that don’t require a PhD in vocabulary.
We tried Arkadium’s Crossword Connect and it was surprisingly fun—competitive but chill. Any other suggestions for good multiplayer or social word games?
